Tech Recruiter

A tech recruiter finds and hires people for technical jobs: software developers, data scientists, designers, product managers, and security specialists. You work with hiring managers to understand what a role really requires, search for candidates through professional networks and job boards, reach out, screen people by phone, and guide them through interviews and offers. You need enough technical knowledge to talk credibly with engineers, though you are not the one doing technical evaluation. Your day is full of messages, calls, scheduling, and updates in an applicant tracking system.
