Profession
Luxury Property Manager
The high-end premium market
A luxury property manager looks after high-value homes and estates on behalf of owners and sometimes helps market them. You might coordinate maintenance and repairs, hire and supervise service providers, handle tenant or guest communication, manage budgets, and make sure the property stays in excellent condition. For owners who are away much of the year, you act as their eyes and ears. Service quality, privacy, and discretion are central to the job. Some managers also oversee staff such as housekeepers, gardeners, and security, which adds a people-management side.
