HRIS Specialist
HR systems that enhance the area.
As an HRIS specialist, you manage the software systems that keep a company's human resources running. HRIS stands for Human Resources Information System, and it's the platform that stores employee records, tracks time and pay, manages benefits, and holds the data HR relies on. Day to day, you configure and maintain systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, fix problems when they come up, run reports for leaders, and make sure employee data stays accurate and secure. You train HR staff on how to use the tools, roll out new features, and often lead projects to upgrade or connect systems. You bridge the gap between HR and information technology.
