Profession
Tech Lead Frontend
Technical perspective at the interface layer
A frontend tech lead guides how a team builds what users see and touch in a web or mobile app. You still write code, but you also make the big decisions about structure: how components are organized, which framework or tools to use, how to keep the app fast and accessible, and how to keep design consistent. You review pull requests, pair with teammates, break down work for each release, and talk with designers and product managers about what is realistic. Mentoring other developers is a regular part of the job.
