Profession
Compliance Manager
An integrity program that builds trust.
As a compliance manager, you lead the program that keeps an organization ethical and within the law. Where an analyst checks the details, you set the strategy, manage the risks, and take responsibility for the whole system. Day to day you build policies, run training programs, oversee reporting channels where employees can raise concerns, investigate possible violations, and advise leaders on tricky decisions. You keep up with changing regulations, report to executives and sometimes the board, and work across departments to make sure ethics and rules are part of how the company operates rather than an afterthought.
