Compliance Analyst

As a compliance analyst, you help make sure a company follows the laws, rules, and internal policies that apply to its work. Think of yourself as a guardrail, spotting problems before they turn into fines, lawsuits, or scandals. Day to day you review processes and transactions, check whether teams are following the rules, help prepare for audits, research new regulations, and build training materials so employees know what they can and cannot do. You often work with legal, finance, and operations teams, digging into details and writing up findings, which means a lot of careful reading, documentation, and clear communication.
