Profession
Microlearning Specialist
Learning in small doses with high impact.
A microlearning specialist creates short, focused training content that people can finish in a few minutes, like quick videos, interactive quizzes, mobile lessons, or step-by-step guides. In a typical week you talk with subject experts to find what learners really need, break complex topics into small pieces, write scripts and activities, build the content with authoring tools, and review how learners performed to improve the material. You work with trainers, designers, HR teams, and managers. You also measure results, such as completion rates and quiz scores, and use them to improve the next version.
