Profession
Copywriter
Words that make people act.
As a copywriter, you write the words people read, hear, and act on: ad headlines, website pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, video scripts, social posts, and brand slogans. A typical day mixes writing with listening. You review a creative brief, ask questions about the audience and the goal, draft several options, and then revise based on feedback from art directors, designers, strategists, and clients. You might work at an advertising agency, inside a company's marketing team, for a publisher, or as a freelancer juggling several clients at once.
