AQUA-HQE Certification Specialist

A green building certification specialist guides construction and renovation projects through formal sustainability ratings. AQUA-HQE is a certification system that originated in France and was adapted in Brazil, so in the United States you are more likely to work with programs such as LEED, WELL, or similar standards that evaluate energy use, water, materials, indoor air quality, and occupant health. You review design and construction plans, gather documentation, run or coordinate energy and daylight analysis, track credits, and prepare submissions to the certifying body. You work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners, translating requirements into practical decisions.
