Specialist in Agile Project Management

You help teams and organizations deliver work in short, focused cycles using agile methods. Day to day you coach teams on frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, facilitate planning sessions and retrospectives, remove obstacles that slow people down, and help leaders set clear priorities and measurable goals. At a larger scale you might help coordinate many teams working toward a shared release. Much of the job is communication and facilitation, turning a group of individuals into a team that ships steadily and improves each cycle.
