Guest Experience Manager
Memories that make guests want to return.
As a guest experience manager, you make sure that customers, guests, or visitors have such a great time that they want to come back. Day to day, you look at every step of a guest's visit and find ways to make it smoother and more memorable, from the welcome to the goodbye. You handle feedback and complaints, train staff to deliver great service, and create special touches that surprise and delight people. You spend your time on the floor with guests and staff, reviewing feedback, and planning improvements, often in hotels, resorts, or attractions.
