Profession
Corporate Events Producer
Create experiences that generate business.
As a corporate event producer, you plan and pull off the events companies use to launch products, gather teams, and impress clients, from conventions and conferences to launch parties and award nights. You are the person who turns an idea into a real, smooth running event where every detail works. Day to day you manage budgets, book venues, hire vendors like caterers and audiovisual crews, coordinate schedules, and troubleshoot problems, often right up until the doors open and during the event itself. It is fast paced, deadline driven work that mixes creativity with serious organization, and no two events are exactly alike.
