Profession
Scrum Master
Facilitating high-performing agile teams
A Scrum Master helps a team work together using the Scrum framework. You are not the boss; you are a coach and facilitator. You run meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and you help the team spot what is slowing them down, from unclear requirements to too many interruptions. Much of your time goes into conversations: talking with developers, product owners, and managers to remove obstacles and improve how the team works.
