Football coach

As a football coach, you develop athletes and teams to compete and win while helping players grow as people. You design practices, build game plans, teach technique and strategy, and make in-game decisions about plays and personnel. You break down film of your own team and opponents, manage a coaching staff, and motivate players through wins and losses. Your work happens on the field, in the weight room, in film sessions, and in team meetings, and you deal with players, assistant coaches, trainers, parents, and school or club leadership.
