Profession
Account Executive
Closing high-value deals
You own the sales relationship with business customers, guiding a deal from first serious conversation to signed contract. Day to day you run discovery calls to understand a company's problems, give demos or presentations, negotiate pricing, and work through the objections of everyone who has to say yes. You manage a pipeline of opportunities in a CRM, forecast what will close, and coordinate with technical and legal teams to get complex deals over the line. Most of the job is talking with people, by video, phone, and sometimes in person.
