Profession
Integrated Planning Manager
S&OP that connects the entire company.
You are the person who keeps a company's plans in sync across every department. As an integrated planning manager, you lead what is often called the sales and operations planning process, bringing together demand forecasts, supply capacity, production schedules, inventory, and finance into a single, coordinated plan. Day to day, you run cross-functional meetings, dig into data to spot gaps between what the company expects to sell and what it can actually make, and help leaders make trade-offs between cost, service, and risk. You are the connective tissue that keeps sales, operations, and finance rowing in the same direction.
