Community college programs, bootcamps, and online certifications in SQL, data modeling, and analytics tools build the needed skills. Employers care most about whether you can produce reliable, well-structured data, so real projects and a portfolio go a long way. The market is strong as companies of all kinds invest in becoming data-driven.
